"Hotel was by the water & ferry. The staff were friendly but there was not enough of them. The computers kept glitching when checking in & out, and only one of the elevators was in use while guests were checking out."

Never gave me my deposit back towels were nasty floor was nasty are king room use to be the landry room it had 2 rooms one had pipes sticking out the wall the bathroom was so small you had to close the door to get into the shower we had a king room with only 2 pillows. Towels were baby towels and dirty the place needs an upgrade pool was open."

"Bathroom sink faucet leaked terribly, to the point that it flooded the floor. The tub's paint was peeling and there was no bath soap in the bathroom. Very shady neighborhood, didn't feel safe in the parking lot or the lobby."

"The property was unacceptable..it was addicts hanging around when I pulled in. They had to run them off when I arrived. The rooms had flies in them. The beds were nasty. I've never experienced such nastiness in my life. It was terrible! I will never return there ever again"

"This is a wonderful property that will comfortably sleep 4-5. The house is very clean and very well stocked with linens, kitchen supplies, etc. The beds were obviously newer and very comfortable! The neighborhood is very quiet and friendly. There are grocery stores, fast food, restaurants, and anything you might need within a 5-10 min drive from the house. We stayed here while attending two shows at the Portsmouth Pavilion. The location was perfect. Easy 10 minute drive to the pavilion. ...

"The home itself matched the photos and was comfortable, but the overall experience was disappointing due to poor communication and several preventable issues. We never received check-in instructions before arrival and had to contact the host ourselves. Even then, we waited about 40 minutes after check-in time before receiving access information. During the phone call, I felt rushed, was told they were busy, and received no apology. The check-in email was addressed to someone named “Ainsley,”...

"Little too cold for swimming but the pool was beautiful. House was very clean and comfortable. We had 8 staying and we didn’t feel on top of each other. One of our party left her jewelry behind but the owner was great and arrangements where made to get them back to her. Would definitely stay again!"

"Only issue we had was the main entry door was very difficult to open. Reported it and it was due to be fixed. Price per night was a lot cheaper if we had an extra night (3 instead of 2).Other than that the property has all amenities we required the beds were very comfortable. Property was clean.Decent location for all the attractions in the city, so long as you have a vehicle."

"Scrupulously clean but smaller than expected and more an air b&b than a VRBO. It was in an older neighborhood and not at all luxurious which is why we always use VRBO. Parking for two cars was also difficult. Finally the host was VERY slow to respond and not at all friendly. He did not provide access instructions until check in time. We also had to ask separately for the WiFi information. We will not stay there again. "

"The cleaning could have been a little more better just a lot of dust around. Also the house had a smell to it like moisture. The outside furniture needed to be clean as well. The master bedroom bed had a lean to it which cause you to roll into the middle of the bed. Most of the games was broke or missing pieces. But overall it was in a convenient location and we went to see family and friends so we didn’t spend much time in the home."
