"Although this hotel is nothing fancy, the front desk employees were very welcoming, friendly and accommodating. I asked for a quiet room and even though the room was directly over the dining area, I never heard a thing. I thought the bed was going to be too firm, but slept like a baby. Breakfast was the usual buffet, but it’s free so no complaints. The only complaint I have is that they advertised the ability to “cast” premium channels from your phone to the tv but found out the tv wasn’t...

"This is our 3rd stay at this beautiful lake house and I am about to book 8 more nights in 2026. This home is beautiful inside and out and it’s always spotless. Our whole family enjoyed daily kayak trips and our grandchildren spent a lot of time swimming in the lake. It’s a peaceful area and I especially enjoyed having my coffee on the lovely wrap around porch in the am watching the sun rise. Looking forward to our next stay. "

"This unit was very clean and pretty. A truly lovely, quiet neighborhood. A great place to relax in their beautiful living room. Beds were oh so comfy. The icing on the cake with this unit was the quick response we received from the owners any time we had a question. I would definitely book this place again. "

"Came for a girls' weekend. Apartment was perfect! So clean and lots of space. We were so comfy hanging out, but it was also easy getting to nearby spots. Loved the recommendation for Portage Pies!"

"Ideal location, Lovely setting with lake. Owners provided rafts, kayaks , even a fire pit for roasting marshmallows. We will come back and take advantage of all the above things. House had everything. We were busy enjoying the surrounding towns, National Comedy Center, Lily Dale experience for a day and even a trip to Canada- Niagara on the lake. "

"Overall, I think this was a great place to stay. My only complaints were that the stairs are very shallow and you had to walk sideways on them. Was tough for my elderly mother. Also some of the chairs were unstable and upstairs shower is extremely small and not suitable for large people. That being said, the house was very clean and very charming. It had everything we needed. The owner was very available. I would recommend. Best for 4 people. "
