"Fine, basic hotel in the small town of Guernsey. Not quite as nice as a Hampton Inn but much nicer than a Motel 6. Fridge and microwave in room. Comfortable bed and clean. Only one chair (we had a room with two queen beds), so if two people, one sits on the bed. Not many restaurants around the small town, so we had a few snacks/ sandwiches in the room from the local grocery store. We had trouble with the TV but just used our iPads. This is a relatively new family-owned establishment and the owner met me there to ensure my check in went smoothly and provided excellent service and some extra in-room snacks. "It was a great cabin with everything we needed to add to our enjoyment and comfort. The owner was in constant touch with us to ensure everything was ready and working. The town of Glendo, Wy was open and friendly with one of the greatest fireworks display imaginable. Great places to eat and shop. Hard to describe the beauty and wonders of Glendo Lake and park. We’re already booked for next year. "

"This authentic log cabin worked out great for two guys enjoying that Glendo has to offer. There was room to back the boat and truck into the driveway. All the appliances worked. Each guy had his own sleeping space and bathroom. Would definitely book it again."

"We stayed for a family fishing trip. Very comfortable home and the hosts are very nice people (including the treats provided) :) At first I thought it was just and old farmhouse, and then I realized that they had renovated and decorated it retro. Very comfortable place and close to spectacular walleye fishing. We didn't have time to take in all the history of the area, but we did have a great steak dinner at the oldest bar in Wyoming (at Miner's and Stockmen's) and stopped in downtown. Very...
