"This place was amazing, as always, especially after a trip filled with hotels with no customer service and high incidental fees. We walked in at 1:30 am, gave the clerk my name, started to pull out my ID, and he said, "I got it, here's your key". That was it. Less than a minute to check in, no high incidental fees, total kindness to a couple checking in late after a long drive.
