"The staff upon check in was nice but the reservation didn’t allow for the Hilton check in app (digital key) as my email indicated, so the extra time at a late night check in was inconvenient. The room itself had a smell to it as you can tell it’s “pet friendly” and the rug seemed wet (maybe they were shampooed?). The AC rattled all night and I took a quick video and showed the desk upon check out and was advised they’d “make a note”. The breakfast selection was extremely limited but wasn’t...

"Clean and spacious room. A small breakfast and a practical location with restaurants around the facility. We found everything we needed fine here. Its worth mentioning the Mexican Restaurant across the parking lot. Great food and fair prices."

"Waycross HouseCheck-in was fine but there are a lot of things we had to go buy to make the house livable for the week. We bought pots and pans because the pots here are really old and distorted. One of the rooms has no closet, one room with a closet has no rod, and the one room with a rod, the wooden rod is not strong enough to handle all of our clothes. We were here for a church convention so we had lots of clothes for day services and night services. We also had to buy a full ironing board...
