This renter has a rule book with fine print and every single rule has absurd additional charges in it such as “Not doing your dishes will require a $250 minimum fee”. "Well-maintained and updated property with minor cosmetic issues that don’t affect staying there. Walking distance (half a block) from the small Milton main drag with a few shops and restaurants. Five minute drive to VIR. Only negative experience was an off leash unidentified dog randomly on the lot next door one night that was very threatening. Hosts said they would contact neighbors and animal control the next day. The guests in the smaller bedrooms commented that a dresser or table other...

"This was a nice little married couples get away. The fire pit, sauna, and hot tub were great additions to get away and just relax and spend time together. The host was amazing at communicating and every detail was thought about in this tiny comfortable cabin. Thank you for a wonderful place for us to stay and get away for a couple nights."

"Loved the privacy and location.Somethings need improvement.ex; Cleanliness- there was leftover groceries left in the refrigerator. Long black hairs on and dead bed bugs on master bedroom bed. A/c is old and struggled to keep house a comfortable temp. Had plumbing issues with guest bathroom. Couple beer cans in back yard beside fire pit.
