"Ideal location for getting around the island. Really good property however being slightly disabled i found the wooden staircase a challenge. It meant i had to drink less to avoid frequent toilet trips...ha ha. Would certainly recommend."

The staff in the front desk were very friendly. the rooms needed a deep clean, the restaurant was very quiet and the staff and food was extremely poor; I didn’t expect to wait so long to be told to wait on our self’s for a £60 Sunday dinner that was supposed to be our 10th wedding anniversary dinner, something luxurious but the lamb was cold and tough, the beef was inedible the veg was cooked well but...

The stairs are steep and narrow, they way they were done at the time it was built. I would like more lighting on them. Breakfasts were good and satisfying. I had plenty of hot water. "
