There is a parking pad with a hill that some might not be able to maneuver, but if you have a vehicle that can park down at the bottom at the cabin you can avoid walking the hill. "Overall, great stay!!! Pre-stay communication was spot-on with the info provided. Not that the hosts could do anything about it, but the weather was spectacular. Proximity to the Blue Ridge Parkway is outstanding. The cabin itself is well appointed and cozy. It has a great variety of kitchen ware, I did not need anything extra with a 3 night stay and making all my food there at the cabin. The bed was so comfortable (downstairs) and the tub was a treat. Would 100% stay again"

"The cabin is very nice, clean and beautiful location. Inside was very nice. It is a bit of a walk with luggage from the parking area to the cabin. Perhaps the owner could invest in a cart of some sort to help with this, especially for older clients."

"Cabin was beautiful with lots of space and views. Fully stocked with essentials including a Brita filter that was a blessing to hydrate with and refill our water bottles. Host was responsive and thoughtful, even provided a Curated list of things to do in the area. Will definitely come back. "
