"Fantastisk resort - lidt uden for byen. God mad - fantastisk service"

"My family and I had a fantastic time staying at the Weir House. Our only regret was that we could only stay one. From the patio of the house, we could hear the rapids of the river and surrounded by verdant forest. Staying here truly was a highlight of our Sri Lanka trip. Mr. Maha, the manager was so very helpful, including assisting us to book a hotel in Kandi when it turned out that the place we originally booked was a huge disappointment. He even arranged 2 tuk tuks to take us to the...

"This is an absolute gem for anybody wishing to be pampered and catered for beyond your expectations, eat 5-star meals, and relax! What an amazing place..we will most certainly return!!!!"

"Lovely staff and service"

"Vi oplevede at de manglede vores reservation og måtte kontakte hotels.com som fandt den confirmation de havde returneret. De endte med at give os et værelse, men det tog os 2 timer med telefonopkald frem og tilbage. Poolen var mindre end værelset. Mange kinesere og saudi arabere. Sengen var ikke komfortabel. Totalt ucharmerende restaurant. Det var alt alt for dyrt ifht stedets kvalitet!"

"Nice peaceful location with Good views . Staff is very helpful"

"Room was large and beds very comfortable. Hot water ran out in the morning so cold shower for friend. Food was varied and tasty at breakfast and evening meal. Lovely bar serving a variety of drinks and cocktails. Staff very friendly and helpful"

"Such a relaxing atmosphere. The staff was amazing, friendly and accommodating in all aspects of our stay. We will be back and recommend to others. The grounds and surrounding area are so beautiful. Flora and fauna abound."

"Prarthana and the staff was very professional and friendly. We had a very delicious breakfast next morning. Views were amazing from our room. Location is beautiful and very conveniently close to the tea lounges and Nuwara Eliya town. Room is very clean and comfortable. "

"Venlig og hjælpsom personale. Rammerne levede absolut ikke op til forventningerne. Koldt og lidt beskidt. Morgenmaden ikke ok"

"It was a great stay - the hotel is small and very nice with a beautifull view to the plantations and mountains. There is a completely new road which makes it easy to reach the hotel. Much better than staying at a hotel in Nuwara Elliya."

"Good spot for a night on the way— simple and clean, with lovely warm service. Probably a bit overpriced but a solid, good option. Food was delicious as well and they accommodated all of our needs."

"I had a nice stay, but to be honest I was expecting more from a property of this standard. The room was lovely and the bed very comfortable, however the sheets, towels and dressing gown were pilled, the curtains didn't go to the end of the window, and a cracked tile in the bathroom had been badly repaired. I also found it difficult to mix the taps in the shower to get the right temperature and there were no instructions on how to operate the heater. All in all I didn't feel the quality of the...

"Meget autentisk oplevelse! Must see sted, hvor der er et historisk vingesus! Opleves bedst efter 2-3 uger i hektisk Sri Lanka. "
