"The hotel is located in a remote area with little or no civilisation nearby. Their charges are for a 5 star resort but the service is not upto those standards. The breakfast was included but had the bare minimums. Coffee (Latte) was being charged for. Absolutely disappointed with the hotel behaviour and the breakfast. Lastly, since there was no nearby places to go out and eat, the hotel is absolutely ripping people off on food. Each meal for two can easily go into INR 5000.00 with the food...

"The property was very conveniently located to downtown Paro and close to the shops and restaurants. The stay was not very comfortable: 1) there was a bad smell from the bed 2) the bathroom was very basic 3) I could not sleep because the walls are not sound-proof (I kept hearing people walking around at 3 and 4am). The one thing was the staff was extremely kind and accommodating. I also could not pay with a credit card here. Make sure to pay in advance on Expedia."

"Thought it would be noisy being at the Paro Main City but I was surprised with a very peaceful stay with a view of Paro Dzong on one side and Paddy Field view at other Side. Staff were so clam and fullfilled our every demand. Service was very flexible. Realy had a great stay. "

"Friendly staff who were helpful. Big room with good heater. Difficult to find entrance to hotel. Water leaked from two places onto bathroom floor. 3 mornings in a row-- no water! No decorations-- very basic. Won't stay again."
