"Visited this property as a family. For the hype it had on the internet,room charges and pictures were disappointing. Stayed in many places in Munnar, Coorg , wayanad and like but cost doesn't match the quality of the room and amenities. Staffs were too good. Be it on restaurant , housekeeping or engineering guys (had issue with bath tub ) they were too good. They made our stay better. Food was good. On the whole for stay I won't recommend"

"There were lots of mosquitos in the room and we literally had to request for a coil. Geysers did not work n every morning we had to request hot water in a bucket n needless to tell that it takes a min of 20 to 30 mins. Food was good in the restaurant but had a very limited options. It was definitely not worth the money I spent."
