"I do not feel the reviews were accurate. The neighborhood did not feel safe. Multiple houses around are collapsing or in serious disrepair. The house felt very exposed and vulnerable. I was worried about fire risk or our car overnight. There were very steep stairs to the apartment and were traveling with an elderly person, did not see disclosure on that. There is no way the reviews should be rated as high as they were. The code to the door did not work and we saw that as a sign to walk away and...

"A fly swatter will be great. There were a lot of flies and we kept doors closed, except for going in and out. All of the rooms were clean and bed so comfy but watch your toes. Middle post on beds, caught our toes/feet a couple times."

"The outside of the property needs a good paint job but the inside was exactly as expected. Very quaint and comfortable."

"We had a wonderful time, the host was very helpful and friendly. The view of the Lake was beautiful and the many visits to the Golden State Park and Marina were enjoyed by myself and the dogs.
