"My wife and I with our two kids stayed here for 3 nights while attending a church conference in Athens. This RV was in a great spot, we felt like we had good privacy and it was fun stepping out of the RV each morning to a view of the horse and cows, especially for our toddler. The host was quick to answer any questions we had.Overall, I'd say it was a very good experience. The only two things that I would change are: The TV didn't seem to be a smart TV like the listing said, and having stayed in...

"We stayed at this rental while visiting family for a graduation. The rental is very clean and comfortable. I was impressed by how clean and fresh it was. Along woth the quality of the linens and mattresses. Also, communication with the owner was great. When I messaged a question, he responded within a few minutes. We had a wonderful stay. "

"The property was in a quiet location with fairly easy access to the greater Athens area. Overall it was clean inside, the bedroom with the attached 3/4 bath had a funny smell to it that wasn't found in other areas of the house. Cell phone reception was very spotty and that was with 3 different providers. Did not like that you could not access ESPN/SEC networks on the tv. Having a washer and dryer to use was an added bonus. I would recommend this property to others if they are looking for a nice...

"The Bunkhouse was a perfect place for us for a quick weekend trip - comfortable, inviting, and quiet. The setting was very nice, and we wished we had time to explore more. The long gravel drive was well-maintained and evidence of entering a farm property. We had good communication with the owners. The property was a short distance to gas and small town options and a reasonable distance to our destination in Athens."

"The hotel had lots of historic charm, the staff were responsive and kind, and the rooms were spacious and modern. My only complaint is that the pull out sofa bed was incredibly uncomfortable—the mattress was thin and flat (unevenly so, it’s obviously old) and the springs dug into me all night. So a great place to stay as long as you’re using the regular beds, just know the sofa bed is… a challenge. "

"We always enjoy stating here. The guy that runs the place ia always ready to help in anyway. The only conolaint ive ever had is that rhe housekeeper needs to pay more attention to detail. I use to run days inn and econolodge in Lavonia Ga and that is the one thing i would stress to my staff, clean it like it was your house, orher then that ive never had any complaints."
