"The website shows a pool.But i can understand the property is under renovation. This hotel has potential and just needs some T.L.C. The manager in charge was quite decent and respectable.The A/C unit kicks is kicking and the hot water is great. I would certainly go back there.."

"Cheapest room to the event we came into town for. You get what you pay for, they’re renovating so it’s not perfect. The woman at the front desk at check in was nice but check out there wasn’t anyone in the lobby to check out with. Called out hello a few times so I don’t know where they were. "The B&B is very unique and beautiful. Historic charm and a sense of historic grandeur. The pistachio room is amazing - particularly the artful , spacious bathroom. Wow!! "Charming 1800's style building. With large windows. The floors are a bit noisy when walking on them. The light swit switches could be there viewable. None of the hall lights were on upon arrival, a suggestion would be dimmer switches and LED bulbs if cost of electric is an issue. There is no actual 'breakfast". the buffet serving cabinet has muffins breakfast bar and a Keurig machine for coffee with mini creamer."

"Me and my friends just spent our New Year's here for two nights. The man cave lives up to its name-- we spent a good deal of the weekend playing pool, darts, and card games, used the grill, and were just a few blocks off from some great food and liquor stores. I'd imagine any sort of group would enjoy coming here, though, given other advantages like access to trails and monuments in historic PA. Everything worked just as we wanted it to, and Mary's filled out the space to create a great place...

"This is the perfect place to stay when visiting AOAA. The host Mary was exceptional, she communicated very well before and throughout our stay. It is the ideal place for a group of guys(or gals) to stay, with everything from a giant tv to a nice flat iron grill to use. All you need is food, bedding and your vehicles. There is plenty of parking, you can back in 4 trucks with big trailers in the lot and street parking as well."
