"Poor restaurant with a not-up-to-date menu card with too much unhealthy food. Many of the waiters were simply not up to their jobs and the service level was not impressive in the restaurant - and at the morning buffets in particular. The mattresses were WAY too soft and given us all five family members a bad lower back and therefore not getting a good night's sleep. Don't go there - go to St. John Inn hotel on St. John instead - a super place with great service."

"The whole experience was amazing. There are so many amenities that come with your stay that it takes a few days, yes days to understand everything that is available. The staff is amazing. You can ask anyone a question about the property and they either give you the answer or know who to get you too for the answer. My favorite was the pool is open 24 hours. The night swimming was alot of fun."

We were very excited about this new destination since we invested a little extra to stay in what we thought would be a high end establishment. "Et dejligt og hyggeligt mindre hotel, fine områder, pæne og rene værelser og god service. Ulemper er at morgenmad bliver serveret i en picknic kurv udenfor værelset og består af en bagel, en kop kaffe, lidt smørost, en yoghurt og lidt frugt …. Hver eneste dag! Derudover er hotellet halv oppe af en stejl bakke/bjerg og meget besværligt at gå dertil. Når du så kommer på hotellet er der trapper overalt da hotellet er opdelt i flere niveauer og er overhovedet ikke egnet til gangbesværet mennesker....

"We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The room was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the gym was super well-equipped. The breakfast, which was included with our stay, was also very good. The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our visit. The front desk even called a taxi for us, which was very convenient and greatly appreciated. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!"

"My stay at Windward Passage Hotel was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. I am requesting a significant partial refund because the condition of the hotel and lack of service did not match what I paid for. During my 5-day stay (August 28-September 2nd), I had to change rooms THREE times, which was extremely inconvenient. "Antilles Resort is a lot of rooms privately held and rented which imposes that the quality and maintence of the rooms varies a lot. We had no hot water (and it wasn't changed) nor was the stove and other electric items functioning properbly. The resort is located on the beach and the beach is fantastic and the resort is in walking distance to Red Hook."

"Let me start off by saying the staff was truly amazing!!!! Everyone was always super friendly and nice. The only thing that I have to speak on is that we thought that we were getting bites from mosquitoes but I’m pretty sure that these are bedbugs that was biting us. So I did text the property once I got to Miami. I do have pictures as well. But, everything else was completely a good experience."

"Excellent place to stay on Saint Thomas. The owners are very responsive, friendly, and accommodating. Clean and spacious rooms a short walk from downtown Charlotte Amalie. This is a small, locally owned "hotel" that has an intimate, relaxed vibe. Easy access and parking."
