It was on a quiet section of the lake and there were no houses directly across. The screen in porch with rocking chairs were perfect for morning coffee. "What an amazing stay! The house was super comfy and so cute. So quiet and peaceful. It was the perfect getaway from hustle and bustle. We swam in the lake both at the house and also at Gaston day area. Ate at Suka sushi and it was fantastic! The owner was extremely responsive and checked on us at arrival. The owner also recommended some antique store and I got some sweet finds. Definitely a stay again kind of place!"

"The home was clean and has a great location on the lake. The private boat launch also made it nice to put our jetski in and out. "Perfect for large family gatherings. We were able to get all our kids and their families together for the first time in 3 years. The house is smartly decorated, with not many knick-knacks for the little ones to get into. We had 2 toddlers, and the most "trouble" they got into was the tupperware. Beds are very comfortable, kitchen has everything you would need. Market, liquor store, Family Dollar, and gas station are within 10 mins. Perfect spot to spend a week doing absolutely nothing but...

"Great house and location. We loved our stay. The cove is the perfect place to float on a hot summer day. Be sure to bring your floats. We rented a boat for the week and had no trouble docking it at the pier. The house is well stocked. Check in was a breeze. Hot tub was a treat. The neighbors are super nice and the owners were great communicators. Would definitely recommend the house! "

"3 generations came together to celebrate Thanksgiving here, and we had a wonderful time! We cooked a turkey on the gas grill; the house was very well stocked for cooking and serving a big meal for 15. We brought a folding table for an extra 6 seats in the kitchen/dining room, which was a perfect fit (turns out the house has a folding table and 6 nice folding chairs!).We enjoyed the fire pit and appreciated it was well stocked with wood. The hot tub took until the second night to heat up, but...
