"A lovely stay right on the Great Yarmouth sea front. The hotel is decorated to a high standard with quality materials, and the breakfast was excellent, with staff being friendly and attentive. The only negatives are that the internet was very slow and intermittent (not a major problem when you're on holiday) and be aware that parking is on street in the local area so you might have to hunt for a space and be wary of leaving anything in your car. "Check in process was easy, it was all self service and the instructions were very clear so it made this a simple process. The room was a decent size however part is the ceiling is quite low so you had to duck down when moving around. (Room 5) There was a fridge with a jug of water in and a selection of tea and coffee on the side with biscuits. I stayed for 2 nights but there was only enough coffee and biscuits for 1 night. "Room was clean and comfortable. Friendly staff good atmosphere in the bar. Food was good. Great aera for exploring. Stayed here before and the function room and some areas are looking neglected we understand the roof needs replacing on the function room and that there are plans in progress shorty. Needs some love to restore the curb appeal around the check in entrance to give a better first impression. Enjoyed our stay here and good value for money."
