"As they say in real estate…location, location, location. Treasure Cay beach is absolutely beautiful and Nick’s place is oceanfront, yet only a 30-40 second walk to the pool area. There are restaurants and convenience stores and a liquor store all within walking distance. The local owners were all remarkably friendly and welcoming. "Overall we had a great time at Ivan's villa. The villa itself is fairly basic, but the place was clean and comfortable. But, we weren't there for the villa. The beach is amazing and was basically deserted while we were there, 3.5 miles of beach and maybe 50-100 people in sight each day. The villa is just steps from this amazing beach and blue water and is also located a short walk from a convenience store, liquor store, and Cafe Florence and those amazing cinnamon buns. Check in was very easy...

"The property is conveniently located near enough to Marsh Harbor to be able to quickly go there to buy groceries or go to restaurants etc., but far enough away so you feel like you are the only person or people on the beautiful Treasure Cay beach. Unit has cook top, microwave and small fridge, but with a separate freezer so you can buy a few frozen foods for convenience."
