"I want to say that this was the worst experience that I’ve had at any hotel. Do not go to this hotel. The manager is really rude and aggressive. The rooms are dirty and they smell like cigarettes and really bad. The floors are sticky and dirty. They only give you one towel and one little bar soap, no conditioner, no hygiene products. when we arrived the room was not even ready, and once we complained within an hour of the sticky floors, dirty rooms and smell we weren’t given any type of refund....

"This is a well-maintained, historic space. The updated room was nice. Modern floors, plumbing, and furnishings were good. Because of the age of the space, towels felt a bit damp. This property is on the edge of a neighborhood. The space felt safe. The courtyard was darling."

"Property needs a lot of maintenance, our room had a bathroom door that wouldn’t close, remote with no battery cover, chair with stains on it, chipped furniture all around the room, bed sheets with holes on them, and a cracked window. When asked the staff to be moved to another room they stated they didn’t have a replacement and I just had to deal with it. I pointed out on their counter was many more room keys and they can place me in one of those rooms. They quickly said, you have to stay in...

"I visited this spot with my family and extended family. Overall our concern was cleanliness and safety and I must say, the hotel is was well maintained. Ckin was easy, $50.00 deposit. The rooms are huge with suites . My room smell like smoke so I requested another room which was an easy process. The pool was clean and opens from 10-8. There’s free breakfast available from 630-9. There’s food service onsite and drinks. Outside the hotel there’s a strip of food spots which was a great convenience...
