"What a great house and property. We were visiting the Caldwell area for a birthday party and reunion. This house fit our needs just right. Being dog friendly is a huge plus, as my dog enjoyed the wide open spaces of the yard and surrounding areas. We had a busy schedule outside the house so we didn’t get to use much of it, but what we did use was highly functional. The house is rustic, but in a charming way. I’d stay again."

"This little cabin is amazing. The peace and quiet were exactly what I needed. The views of the sunrise/sunset, and listening to the night life ( frogs, coyotes, etc) was relaxing. Inside the cabin, everything appears new, the kitchen is stocked with everything a cook could need. The bed was very comfortable, and the large living space was more than adequate.If you like to fish, take a fishing pole, the pond has bluegill, and, supposedly, bass. Might be a little out of the way, but its well...

"We enjoyed our kid free stay. The host Terry and Annie were extremely friendly and easy going. The place was perfect for just my wife and I. I loved the fact the porch was shaded at anytime of the day, making it nice and easy to sit and relax outside. Inside was clean and tidy, very inviting."

"The house was very welcoming and beautifully decorated. There were plenty of beds available (5). Scenic view of the lake from the shaded yard while sitting on the swing was a peaceful way to spend some time. The marina and restaurant are only a short drive away. "

"Property is nice and clean, manager is responsive and easy to work with. Good communication. Pool is large, toys and equipment included. This is not a five star hotel location, but is in a very quiet, mountainous (as mountainous as it gets in SE Ohio) location. House is a little difficult to find, but it is set back a bit. Air conditioning works great, water pressure is a bit low, kitchen well stocked with utensils and appliances. Bathrooms large and accommodating. Good location for four...

"The house was as advertised. There were ten of us and the common areas: living room, dining room and deck were large enough with seating to accommodate all of us at once. The bedrooms were huge with very nice bed clothes. The entire house was decorated beautifully. The location worked perfectly for our daily trips to The Wilds."

"This was an amazing property! The rooms were well organized and had unexpected flair. We loved the experience of being out in the country away from everything but close enough to civilization to take advantage of it. We were in the area for a graduation and actually enjoyed the roughly 30 minute drive to and from Marietta. If we are back in the area, we will book this one again!"
