"We had an incredible experience at The Sense Fuji from start to finish. The staff met us at the train station with cold water and lavender-scented oshibori towels in the shuttle, setting the tone for a thoughtful and relaxing stay. "I was here very briefly but wanted to share my thoughts on this stay. It is always impressive when the owner of a hotel takes the time to come out and greet you personally on your arrival. The friendly staff, the amazing view (if you are lucky) and traditional Japanese room experience made this a memorable stay. I wish I was able to stay longer. Highly recommended."

"スタンダードルームで予約しましたが、新館の和洋室にアップグレードしていただきました。畳表にすこし穴があいていたのが気になりましたが、素泊まりで格安でしたので、コスパ的には良かったと思います。夕食は駅から宿の途中にある、和食の百音でほうとうを食べましたが美味しかったです。朝は、温泉に入り早めに出発して、車で20分程のほったらかし温泉で富士山を眺めながらTKGをいただきました。ワイナリーや桔梗信玄餅テーマパークなどの周辺の観光スポットを巡るには良いロケーションだと思います。"

"This hotel is nice staff are nice the location to see mt Fuji really good good location barbecue place is good but if winter you’re gonna be freezing your going to near of your grill for hot yourself,no outlet at barbecue grill for charging or some reason that electricity needsto use , you can bring here own barbecue to cook in this glamping place they have already things to use for barbecue and you can return no wash it’s ok,and breakfast here like a lunch box type I’m not a fan of bread...

"実母、義母を連れて一泊しました。施設はまるでイタリアのトスカーナの丘の上にある教会の様な、のどかな佇まいか素敵で、オーストリア出身の義母は大変喜んでいました。お部屋もとても綺麗で館内全体が清潔な香りがします。全部屋の眺望が富士山と山梨市の夜景を一望できます。露天風呂も綺麗で素敵です。サービスはこれ以上ないほど素晴らしいです。朝食で小柄な実母が椅子に座るとスタッフさんがすぐさま背中にクッションを入れてくださいました。また泊まりたいと思うホテルです！"

"Shuttle from town is only fixed time - 14.30 day of check-in and 10.00 at check-out, if you arrive other time need to take taxi ~5000 jpy. Check-out at 10.00 if you want to check out at 12.00 its extra cost. Gas grill extra cost. Sauna very small - max 2 people and only sitting posdition. Overall nice place with outdoor terase, jaccuzzi and sauna, but could be more flexible to guest needs. "
