"Menu was fresh. The pool and hot tub were great! The pressure in the shower was very strong, which in my opinion is a good thing! Staff was very helpful and welcoming. Hotel itself is dated and could use a refresh. That being said, beds were very comfortable, towels clean and fluffy. Location was close to things."

"The property is nice and clean from outside, room stink like urine, iron broken, no housekeeping that first day, pressure of water is bad, breakfast was a disappointment ( no fruit, yogurt) coffee machine broken, half of toaster working, all other need for that room we have to get it are selfs, some personal was attentive."

"AD1 properties, y'all need to spend some MONEY! Staff was MORE than helpful, but the rooms, these definitely need upgrades. Warm cookies won't cut it anymore. After a 12 hour drive, my husband and I just wanted to decompress, shower and sleep. The small refrigerator was leaking so the carpet was completely wet. Had requested a King bed, which this was but transferred to a double. No complaints there, but the ac was blowing heat at 86 degrees on a HOT, N. Carolina night. Ugh...maintenance came...

"Aircon anlægget da det er monteret under vinduet og blæser lige ind i værelset. Denne type ses på mange amaerikanske hoteller og er en forfærdelig opfindelse, men selvfølgelig billigere end en central aircon enhed. Jeg var nødt til at slukke for den om aftenen for at kunne sove. Den blev også slukket når jeg skulle arbejde ved bordet da bordet er lige ved siden af aircon anlægget. Dårlig placering. Værelset var rent og hotellet er meget rent. Personalet var virkelig hjælpsomme så stort plus...

"I was quite impressed with the renovation. The lobby and breakfast area were quite nice. My room was clean and the bed was so comfortable. The staff was cordial and friendly and always spoke as I passed through the lobby. I recommended the Hampton Inn Rocky Mount to my relatives visiting the area."
