"Wonderful property and staff. Gym could use updating."

"JCH was spectacular...great location, staff was phenomenal, room was great...can't wait to go back next year"

"Gorgeous off season stay. Loved it! Will be back!!"

"The room was very tiny. Having a bar in the hotel was nice with great outside patio. Be prepared to get charged hefty tip."

The gentleman that checked us in was so helpful with recommendations for restaurants. He even called to make our reservation for us. I can’t remember his name but he said he was originally from NYC. The hotel is only a block from the ferry terminal, a half block to the whaling museum and 2...

"We had a wonderful time at The Cottages at Nantucket Boat Basin. The cottage was beautiful! Very comfortable, clean, and right on the water. We were in a two-bedroom cottage called Lower Mermansion. If/when I return to Nantucket, I’ll want to stay here again! I also have to mention the staff. Such very nice people who made us feel welcome and at home."

"The property itself was nice. However, for $400/night I expected better service. Annamarie was very sweet and helpful, however, the other staff we were less impressed with to say the least. It seemed like every time we asked for something they acted like it was some huge inconvenience for them. Because of these small and brief interactions, we felt uncomfortable asking for other simple things such as our trash being emptied for example. In addition, the shower only had one curtain and it was too...
