The staff were accomadating due to late check in and kindly agreed for Dad to check out late and have lunch the next day which was a nice gesture. Will recommend the lodge. The wait time for a service request was long and a lost item of mine took 2 days to return to me from the managers office. The coffee was instant and that is disappointing given Kenyan coffee is so delicious. We were given no instructions on how to get hot water to our shower either and only discovered this after a couple of cold showers."

"This is a nice hotel just south of Naivasha in the city of Karagita. The staff is nice, they have a beautiful green garden with a swimming pool and the breakfast offers a decent selection. The room has all the things you need and the bed is comfortable. On the downside, the hotel is very noisy. If people come home late at night you can hear them talk in the hallway, and you can hear the bar/breakfast room downstairs. We also had issue with the wifi being very poor. "

"Getting to the property was tough, very tough but so worth it. I was lucky enough to go outside of the wet season but it was still hard. The facility itself is beautiful and the food is delicious. The staff is beyond kind and helpful. The shower though, it hardly worked and water went everywhere. Booking online on their direct site was giving us a challenge until we booked through Expedia and from here we had no issues. There is not fitness room so that was sad and no iron.
