"Met immediately upon arrival by friendly and helpful staff. A basic but comfy room for 2 nights stay. The refurbished bathroom was a plus. Truck and train noise was very noticeable but I put on some background music and slept well in the comfy bed. An easy walk to the main street was a bonus."

"Nice and close to the main hub of Muswellbrook. Basic room - bit dated but clean and tidy so can't complain."

"THE BEDS WERE SUPPOSED TO BE TWIN DOUBLES, BUT WE ONLY HAD TWIN SINGLES. THE TV WAS VERY POOR RECEPTION, BUT THE LOCATION WAS HANDY."

"Beautiful property with fun for the whole family. Motocross tracks for the riders, dams or pool to swim in, eggs to collect from the chickens, horse, cows & alpacas to greet. What more would you want! House was perfect & our large group ranging from 96 to 4 years old had a holiday we will remember forever! Loved it!!"
