"Location was ok as there was IHOP, Olive Garden, Whataburger and Starbucks within walking distance. Even a movie theatre next door. Check in was great thanks to the friendly front desk person. The room 129 appeared to be freshly refurbished as everything was new and in order (except the A/C unit which was fine just not new). My room was one away from the ice machine which worked well. There was also laundry facilities next to it. Room was clean and smelled fresh. Quiet stay. "

"Room was clean and the motel is in a very quiet area. Water could have been hotter, but other than that it was a very nice experience. Air conditioning worked flawlessly. I would recommend staying at this motel with no hesitation."

"The hotel is nice, clean and new. But at arrival I ask for a room on the quiet side of the hotel because it is located beside a very big road with a lot of trucks, then the person at the counter said there was no problem anywhere. We got a room on the road side, and it was a nightmare, no much sleep that night. The hotel needs to address this problem."

"Absolutely gorgeous setting on a bluff overlooking the Arkansas River. Wonderfully relaxing. The balcony off the bedroom was probably my favorite part. Well worth the drive. Highly recommend"
