"Staff was super nice and quick to repair heat when it went out. It is an older property and room could have been a little bit cleaner… random hairs, crumbs, and dust. Rusty knobs on lamps.. we were there to sleep. Pool was not heated as expected, which was disappointing but it was 30 degrees outside too! It was okay for price. "

"Had to be moved from our first room because the heating/AC unit was falling off the wall. Plaster all over. The room smelled and there were ants crawling on the walls. The second room was not much better. Everything that was metal was rusted, lamps, fixtures etc. The couch had stains and this was a suit! Dirty!"

"The hotel met my basic needs: a hot shower, working heating and air conditioning, firm bed, clean towels and sheets, a TV that worked, and a mini fridge for my meds. Any additional amenities that other hotels offer are a waste of good money. I choose to spend that money on dining and attractions."

"When we arrived, the driveway & walkway to the front door were covered in poop. The front door keypad didn’t work due to dead batteries. We contacted the host, who gave us a garage code that also didn’t work. They said they would send someone out. We noticed the garage door release cord already pulled, allowing manual access, which made us believe they were aware the keypad batteries were dead. We went to the store to buy replacement batteries ourselves. It took an hour & a half for someone from...

"This was our 2nd time staying here. Michael is terrific to deal with and the house is very clean. It was perfect for our stay while visiting family...and it's great to be able to travel with our fur baby. Even if you don't have pets, it's a great house. There was no sign of pet hair or smell anywhere. "
