"It wasn't very clean( table, bences, ) and not very accurate. It says kitchen but there is nowhere to cook (only microwave) so its not a kitchen. Also no sink ,we had to wash everything in the toilet"

"Maccy's cottage is a quaint little cottage, beautifully hand crafted and built, in the gorgeous Adelaide Hills. It is a completely unique property with open fire-place and kangaroos visiting us at the back door. Full of rustic charm, but with all the modern conveniences, and luxurious furnishings to make it comfortable and cosy. The owner was wonderful, and made sure we had a lovely stay. We were even provided Gluten Free bread to accommodate my husband. We can highly recommend Maccy's Cottage."

"Absolutely gorgeous property! Super easy to find. Everything worked perfectly and the beds were super comfy!"

"Not being a dog owner all floors and furniture need a good vacuum and every room need a good dusting snd removal of cobwebs. Bar stools were soiled and need a good clean. Dining table and counter tops we had had to clean. In addition we had a 8 month old baby with us and were relunctant to let her crawl. The front verandah and windows could have had a good clean. So not sure why we are charged cleaning fees??"

"Check in was disappointing. Was told numerous times checking was at 3pm , which I knew. Reception didnt offer to hold 1 suitcase whilst we had lunch & waited for check in. Reception told us there was no 'shuttle' from resort to park. Was requested to show reception where it mentions shuttle bus on website. I found this extremely rude & condescending. I found proof & showed reception. I didnt receive an apology. I was fortunate enough to be able check in before 3pm."
