"We only stayed the one night as we were passing through to visit family in Macclesfield. It was easy to get to and the surrounding scenery was stunning. Checkin was clear with reception and very informative. We had a queen size bed a kitchet with all amenities. There was a walk in shower and plenty of closets space. Very clean and tidy. "A very poor experience - the house was dirty - I had to clean the kitchen - the fridge was full of meat that wasn't frozen and smelt - it was so unhygenic we didn't eat in it - the bedroom was musty and had cobwebs throughout - the bathroom was dirty and there was no toilet paper - someone arrived home at 11.30 and let dogs into the house so that I was bailed up in the bathroom.we want a refund for a very poor experience"
