"Small hotel but clean"

"This property is owned by a very hard working husband and wife that were very nice and friendly to me. Based upon prior reviews, I thought the property would be in better condition. It is needing a lot more updates to make this motel livable…. There were some rathersketchy people staying here during my two night stay…. I would stay again."

"This tiny house is so cute! This house has everything you need. We stayed for a week to visit family that are local to the area. We drove from South Carolina. The area is very quiet and charming. The other house that is right behind the tiny house that is also a rental is beautiful. Jimmy was so friendly and helpful. We hope to be back in the next year or two with more family and plan to rent the two houses. Thank you for allowing us to stay. "

"Definitely one of the most unique places I have ever stayed. This home is certainly themed for a girls trip/weekend with the colors from the outside, inside, decor, games and rooms decorated to fit the scheme. However, ours was no girl trip. Our party consisted of myself a single male 44 in age, my bestfriend 42 year old male and his wife 43, my cousin 43 year old male and his wife 45. We all loved the place! The men for the amenities and just the uniqueness of it all. The ladies for everything...

"Very Nice house clean with amazing views, Chad and Jen were great hosts. Any issues were immediately addressed. Dock for fishing and swimming were great. Foosball and Ping-Pong table were a blast. Pool was a added bonus. Life vests / Pool floaties an games for the water was a plus. Very quite area, house is with in 15 mins for Daingerfield State Park. Patio had a Blackstone Grill and a Pit boss Pellet Smoker. Family had a great time, will defiantly be going back. "

"The staff was polite and helpful, but not overly friendly. The property shows definite signs of wear and tear. There was trash on the floor in the breakfast area when we checked in - likely guests just not making sure their trash went in the trash can. We were there with family and they used the statement it was an ok hotel."

"Beds were pretty stiff, pillows were like cardboard. Pool was working, no wifi that would work. No streaming services were available."
