"I have stayed at this hotel several times and usually enjoy the stay. This time, however, I did not enjoy it. The clerk checking me in was very sweet and doing a great job. Then, along came her manager who berated her in front of me and others waiting to check in. The manager was extremely unprofessional and didn't need to publicly humiliate the clerk. I get to the room and the air conditioner isn't working. I need to keep the room cool to help with my breathing. Even on 66 the room was...

The cleaning was ok but it need a ground cleening because we saw old dirt on the door to the bath and in the bath tube there was a rest of the workers left overs from his work. But for 3 people there was ok place to sleep. The pool was ok. I was impressed to see coffee out for guests and the clerk advised every new guest that cookies were to be delivered in about an hour. My room was on the second floor (I need an accessible room due to health issues). The room was comfortable, very clean, and looked wonderful! The grab bar on the shower and the height of the bed made getting in and out of both easy. The breakfast...

"Great stay"

"Friendly staff, clean room, free parking and close to everything."

"We will definitely stay here again. The 2BR suite allowed all four of us to have our privacy and made it feel more homey and comfortable. The kitchen was fantastic as I was even able to bake a cake! My only issue was the wifi was a little challenging to navigate, but I think that was more user error than anything. The kids liked the breakfast, we liked the privacy, the clean room, and the hotel staff were very helpful. We have been coming to this area twice a year for the past six years for...
