So you will see construction workers around you and trucks passing in front of your windows. *NO WIFI -- wifi was ok when I checked in but not working in the morning. There is no service in the area so your cell phone will not work. *NO HOT WATER -- water was hot for 2 minutes but then it was only lukewarm. The property was visited daily by a herd of 15 mule deer that grazed and bedded down for the night just yards away from the house. A badger and some bunnies were also hanging around.
