"The uniqueness of the property."

"Everything was very clean, from the breakfast area to the hallways to our room. Parking was easy and safe. The room was quiet and housekeeping came every day, which I have found to be unusual the past few years at other chains. Most of our stays recently have been in Saratoga due to family obligations. We stayed in some higher-end establishments and they were not as nice as this Microtel in Amsterdam. We'll definitely be staying here again!"

"Staff was not the friendliest checking in. The elevator did not work the next day, and we had trouble changing rooms.."

They thought of so many little things to help make our overnight comfortable …and the Golf course restaurant was outstanding- laid back atmosphere and you can wear shirts and t shirt. On our list of favorites now. "

"While the rooms and furnishings are very nice, the bathrooms we not cleanly or updated. The night I stayed there, the power had gone off and there was no air conditioning and the no water. This could be a nice B&B but the outdoors need to be improved. For starters, they could remove the junk water heater from the front porch."
