"We stay at this hotel when we visit Grattan Raceway as it’s roughly 15 min from the track. They’ve been super accommodating to us when we show up late or leave early. The rooms have always been clean and well kept. The pool and hot tub are nice after a long day on the track. Plenty of places to eat nearby too. We will continue to keep coming here!"

"Our stay at the cottage was wonderful. It comfortably accommodated two adults and five children. The serene lake, along with the paddle boat and two kayaks, enhanced our experience. We noted that cellular service can be inconsistent, and there is no Wi-Fi, but we found this beneficial as it encouraged our children to disconnect from electronic devices. "The place was a beautiful Victorian home. Well decorated and comfortable warm and friendly. Our host was amazing. Eric prepared the most beautiful breakfast in the morning far beyond continental style. You cannot beat his omelette or his pancakes. The home is located in an excellent spot. The host was very personable and accommodating. The coffee was ready throughout the day nonstop. And the hot water for tea. highly recommend staying there a wonderful getaway."

There is a wood deck on the front of the cottage that extends very slightly over the water's edge.
