"The Hotel is surrounded by Woods. Very Nice in the eveneing to hear the outdour life. Hotel Looked like it was under renovation,some construction and maintenance. but they kept it out of the way of the guests. Staff was very friendly and Courteous, had a Nice Recliner in the bedroom. Clean room. Close to down town Boonville, and tourist attractions."

"Host was responsive and helpful. Great location, up the street from Meriwether cafe and the trail head. Very quiet. Hammocks on the back patio (I used mosquito spray but even so I never saw any somehow?). "

"We had a great experience at this property. We used it for a game weekend at Mizzou. It was only about a 15 minute drive to campus. Everything was very clean and the host was very responsive whenever we messaged him. Highly recommended!"

"Jessica was a kind and gracious hostess. The beds were cozy and comfortable. House is in a prime location withing walking distance of a museum, restaurants and the Katy Trail. There's a beautiful railroad tunnel and the bikes for use were nice and in good repair. The host was also flexible when we needed to make a modification. We would love to return and stay longer in such a peaceful location! "
