"Service was very slow at breakfast in the restaurant, even though there were only two other couples dining."

"Everything was clean and ready for us. Was a cold week but still nice and warm with the gas logs. Kitchen was supplied with utensils and cooking equipment. Enjoyed our stay. We will be back. "

"The room was not clean to satisfaction, The bathroom floor was really nasty, no phone in the room to contact front desk, no hot water in sink, and the shower was not working properly. When you got up off the bed it made a strange noise, This is a terrible place to stay i would not recommend it to anyone!"

"Perfect for a short stay. Close to the Blue Ridge and lots of hikes"

"This place was amazing! Very grateful that I found it. I ordinally booked for the unique building but the experiences are what made it so special. I will definitely go back again. The Zen Dome is a really fun design, built to be a special experience with details like crystals attached to the outside. It has all the comforts that I expected from a glamping experience, but it had a full camping (connecting to nature) experience that you do not normally get in glamping. Rather then being...

"We had a lot of communication with the host before and after arrival. The Haus was lovely, quaint and just what we needed to get away from the usual chain hotels. The Haus was clean and very comfortable and had a good range of amenities. The view at sunset was great and we enjoyed sitting on the veranda. We did not use the kitchen facilities, although they appeared more the adequate. All in all this is a lovely hideaway and well worth a visit if you are driving the Blue Ridge Parkway."

"The host was pleasant and communicated well. The cabin was perfect. I especially liked the outside shower. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and everything was smooth."

"Nice"

"Nice view of the mountains. Secluded cabin."

"The rental was clean, easily accessible, well stocked bathroom. Enjoyed the stay."

"The property is located in Springmaid Mountain. Cell service is very spotty, and you cannot be guaranteed a signal. This made it difficult to access Vrbo for check-in instructions. There was an email with access to a website where you could click on a Check-in button where you would think would give you a code. But since we were not given the key code in advance there were a few minutes of confusion and stress as the property office was closed. Once we were able to get a phone signal we...

"Rick was a very helpful host and accommodating. We ending up needing to switch to the Perch nearby and the view was spectacular!!"

"If you want quiet, rustic and "homey" this is the place for you! This place is nestled in a wooded area and definitely not on a paved road....just our style! The rustic looks and decor were perfect for our personal taste. The "worst" part of the stay was the lack of cell signal (we got 1 bar of 4g most of the time) but that didn't even bother us! We enjoyed being mostly disconnected for our stay. If you like being remote with the modern conveniences of lights & running water I HIGHLY recommend...

"All rooms were dirty, lights werent working, owner was very rude and creepy, "
