"The hotel and facilities were amazing, and the staff was very nice and helpful. It is a bit away from any public transportation, but the hotel has a shuttlebus, we could use to get to the station, so that was convenient. We highly recommend going here for some relaxation and beautiful scenery. A hidden gem!"

"We were made to feel very welcome. Staying here was an amazing experience and one that I would fully recommend. "

"Meget rent og lidt gammelt hotel. Ingen bar eller lounge, lyset lukkes 22:30. WiFi periodisk nede.

"The staff was incredibly nice and the incl. buffet breakfast and omakase dinner was excellent. The in room private onsen was very nice with views of Mt. Fuji. The nightly drum show was a nice touch. 10/10 recommend!"

"While the hotel was clean the carpets on the floors especially 7 was horribly stained! And set a presents that the hotel was not clean . The room layout was good.
