"Upon our arrival, an employee greeted us and helped with luggage. The public area was elegant and displayed so many beautiful artwork and antiques. Being at the top of a hill and by the ocean/bay, the view was gorgeous especially during cherry blossom season. "ok location of the hotel and ok surroundings. however, the room seemed in poor condition due to moisture, which you could also see in the corridors and especially smells in the room. The view was across a very boring large roof surface. We were happy to only have to stay there for 2 nights."

"We had a comfortable one-night stay here when visiting Nagoya. Staff was friendly. The total size of the room was good, but the toilet/bath area could be much smaller to allow for more space in the actual room. We had one of our suitcases in the bathroom due to lack of space in the room. The breakfast was very underwhelming."
