"Our one night stay was way too short to enjoy the beautiful property. We stayed here for our visit to Letchworth State Park. The Glen Iris Inn was fully booked so we chose this as an alternative. Good call when we visited the inn while in the park we noticed most of the patrons were elderly. I had a small issue with the plumbing at 5am, Jessica and Ryan took care of it immediately. The cottage was perfect. If we ever visit this area again we will be back here but will stay longer for sure."

We had everything we needed to keep us comfortable and were close to Letchworth State Park and a short day trip from the Finger lakes and Seneca wine trail. "What a great stay at this cozy little gem! The hosts are top notch! We stayed from Nov 12 - Dec 19 while waiting for our new home to be completed, they checked in on us in the cold and snowy weather to see if we needed anything, they offered to shovel, put down salt and when we contacted them that the furnace had stopped, they were there quickly to repair.The cottage is clean and cozy, and well stocked. We would highly recommend Dave and his cozy cottage!"
