"Staff was friendly. The room was below par. Shower had hair from previous occupants. And it wasn’t just a few, it was quite a lot. Breakfast was horrible. Coffee was weak and not good."

"Room over priced smelled like urine and dog. Absolutely no safety. Do need a key to get into building and locks are broken on doors Key cards didn’t work either"

"The AC unit was not working properly. The fan would blow for a couple minutes then stop. The room ended up being rather stuffy all night long. It was also a handicapped accessible room, but the handheld shower head would not work and the shower itself leaked all over the bathroom floor due to poor design. We expected so much better from a Hampton. Otherwise, it was clean and comfortable with a decent breakfast provided… just like most of your competitors."

"The property was pretty clean but really needed updating. The carpet was pretty stained. The beds were comfy. The staff was super nice. The restaurant on site was good and priced average. It was convenient to the highway. It was surprisingly quiet."

"Room was clean, all amenities were good. Would stay again. Close to plenty of places to eat. Easy access to highways."

"no hot water no breakfast"

"We stay there quite often. It's pretty reasonably priced. However they could update floors to hardwood flooring. The people are very nice. And its clean other wise. They have the option for breakfast too. Parking for cars or small trucks. No semis."

"Nice and cosy cabin for a short stay. This was a nice place to stay amongst the RV’s. Restroom and shower was downstairs and could be used by everyone in the resort. But the room was nice and clean. But be aware that you can hear the people next door very easily. Kept me awake until 2AM. And remember towels if you stay in a cabin. Did a nice little hike to the falls. 1 hour walk there and back."

"No deadbolt and the door latch mechanism was missing from the jamb. Had to rely on the latch in the door to catch in the open hole in the jamb. There was a security swing latch that barely closed. There was food and candy wrappers on the floor in the corner next to the bed. Walked across the floor barefoot and had to clean my feet before putting socks on. Shower head coming out of the wall and spout pulled away from the wall."

"This hotel is extremely outdated, and ran down. I guess it wouldn’t be terrible if you’re just passing through and need something better than a car to sleep in, however bed wasn’t much more comfortable. Room was dirty and unwelcoming. We got bit by what I’m assuming was mosquitoes. (Did check for bed bugs and no signs of them) stains on blankets, pillows and pillow cases. Stains and chipped paint on walls. Bathroom, I went and bought Lysol wipes before using the toilet or showering. The shower...

"Cabin is in a small resort community with lots of neighbors, but the community was nice and quiet. So many beautiful fireflies at night. It was magical. We loved the location of the cabin and that we could ride our bikes from the cabin and go directly into Pipestem park. Cabin was clean and had absolutely everything we needed!"

"Communication with the owner was fantastic! He was very quick to respond to my questions. He even gave us great ideas of places to visit in the area and beautiful roads to take on our motorcycle trip. The check in process was seamless and the property was clean and very well maintained. The house was stocked with many supplies needed to live there for a week. The kitchen was great! Pots, pans, plates, and other assorted cookware. There were even common spices in the cupboard for cooking as well....

"We always wanted to stay in an RV. Kids loved it! Grandma not so much! The bathroom was squished with so many towels hanging on the door. Pretty tight for the space vs people! But if we were staying long we probably could have spread out better…. Pool was cold… but two of the boys were fine…"
