"Everything about this place was wonderful for us! We were there to see the Kinzua Bridge, Elk spotting and star gazing and this location was spot on. The amenities of the property made the vacation better than we imagined. The open field was huge bonus, beautifully surrounded with the fall foliage and stunning at night! "It is a very cozy home with mostly everything you would need, (no washer or dryer) but the the furniture was all very comfortable , the kitchen was clean and equipped. It had raised very heavily for a couple of days during my stay so the trout stream was running very hard as the water was raised. It calmed down after a couple of days and we were able to catch a few fish. If your looking for a peaceful stay this is a great place "

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Mapledale cabin.Chad was so helpful with the explicit directions as the site was off the beaten path and we were arriving very late. But how lovely! We saw deer on the property several times during our stay. The cabin was clean, comfortable and had a well outfitted kitchen. Our 2 year old loved exploring the expansive property and the house was well suited to accommodate 5 adults and an infant. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!"

"Over all this location and set up worked well for us. The outside needs work for curb appeal - trimming, leaves blown off sidewalks/back porch. Master bedroom missing pull down shades-afternoon sun was hot! Mattresses are very firm. Retro vibe which was fun. Lots of space for gathering. Very clean."

"We enjoyed a cozy weekend to celebrate an early Christmas. The house is very spacious with lots of comfy beds and plenty of bathrooms. It's within walking distance to a grocery store and hardware store. It's right next to a beer distributor in case you need some bevs for your stay! The hosts are very easy to get a hold of and are very responsive if you need anything. Check in and check out process was easy-peasy. I would recommend this place!"
