They had no drinking water in the room are on the floor you had to go to the first floor to get coffee or water I am diabetic and had left my food that I ordered in the room that I moved from called the front desk to ask if someone could bring my food from the refrigerator in the last room I was in because I no longer had access to the room I was told no and...

"Poor breakfast. No fresh fruit by 0800 when we got to breakfast. Ac was ok. The light over the sink was burned out when we checked in and they did not fix it in the 5 nights we stayed despite telling them day 1. "

"A wonderful experience - the room was BIG - the bed was BIG and VERY comfortable and the general hotel standard was amazing with the most friendly staff you can imagine. Fantastic value for money. And more than that : The location of the hotel is within walking distance from an old, interesting town center with lots of possibilities for shopping and eating. Further, the river is close by...."

"We changed Rooms after arrivel because our Room stinked of cigarettes and smoking. The other Room we got was dirty with trash in cabinets from previous guests. The towels were moist and had Brown spots on them. The drainage in the bath did not Work and the drain was covered in hair and dirt. We found paper from candy bars on the floor in the room. Really disgusting and when we told the staff about the smoking detektor AND the ICE machine alarm being broken they didnt do anything - so all night...

"Great breakfast offering, check in staff were great and very friendly. Parking was easy, finding the room was easy. There were a few bugs in the room but that’s not a huge deal, bugs happen! The bathroom was clean. Room was clean and beds were comfy! Great room and price comparative to other local options. "

"It wasn’t far from the historic, downtown area where all the action is. The manager and owner were very accommodating with a room change I requested. Know that this is located about a Mile or so from the historic downtown so walking may not be desirable. Also it is a boutique, older hotel with common areas that are not really well cleaned and presented. Our actual room was comfortable and clean with unmatched towels but decorated nicely. So don’t have expectations of a pristine, fancy...
