"Hotel needs a deep clean. The carpets are dirty, walls are pretty gross with spills, splatters, and unknown substances. It also has a very musty smell through hallways. The rooms are large, bathrooms are small, and beds are pretty comfortable."

"Bugs everywhere. Looks nothing like the photos. The webpage mentioned a pool and jacuzzi, but neither were available. They didn’t appear to have been used in months, empty and full of crap (according to the kids). On arrival, I waited for 10 minutes for assistance. The janitorial staff stopped and got us help. "Dryer in laundry was not working and has not been working for awhile. Took 4 hours to get 1 load of laundry done. House keeping walked in without knocking. It was very scary!"

"The room was gross. There were cigarette burns and stains on every piece of bedding. Large spills on the wall that were never cleaned. The bathroom was not clean. We didn’t even end up staying because it was so bad. The lady at check in was very friendly but the gentleman the we asked about the bedding stated “I don’t know it happens.” By far the worst place I have ever stayed."

"Amazing host and such a great experience. The kids were coming in after a concert and didn’t arrive until after midnight, but the host was incredibly accommodating and understanding about the late check-in. They also took the time to message me and let me know the kids arrived safely, which meant so much to me. Great communication, kindness, and hospitality from start to finish. Highly recommend!"
