"we 3 families travelled together and booked 3 units. the owner is friendly. the units are very clean has everything we needed. the pool was cold for september but we used spa and it was good. a nice area and quiet. the shower was perfect, service was very good. overall we enjoyed our stay :)"

"We arrived at this cute home after 24 hours of travel. We were so exhausted and were going to go out to dinner but had zero energy. We realized the owner had left us some staple groceries including a loaf of bread, and jelly. I had packed a tub of peanut butter and some chips in my luggage so we had the best PBJs and relaxed! Bonus there was even a bottle of wine in the fridge :) The view around the back was spectacular."

"Great property for our 2 night stay. Hobbiton around 20 minutes away by car. Plenty of restaurants in nearby Matamata. We particularly liked The Osteria recommended by Kylie our host. The property is spotlessly clean. Kylie provided us with a continental breakfast with freshly baked bread and homemade yoghurt. Kylie was friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend "
