"The KY State Resort Parks ROCK! Kenlake Lodge is well maintained, and the rooms spacious and clean. The staff are super friendly and personable. We ate dinner at the restaurant and the view of the lake is beautiful. The food is quality at super reasonable prices! The booze may not be top shelf but you aren’t paying top shelf! "We visited The Lakehouse at Sledd Inn for a girls getaway! Overall we had a good stay. The room was clean. The beds were very comfortable. And the hotel was in a convenient location (8-20mins) to local attractions/ restaurants! I appreciated the box fan in the room… don’t know if that was left on purpose? The breakfast was nothing special so plan accordingly. The biscuits were frozen. There were no “hot food” options. Just bagels, yogurt, toast, and bananas. We also had difficulties finding...

"Staff was helpful and friendly. Rooms were direct and basic. Beds and such were clean and comfy but bathrooms were outdated although they were very clean. The kids loved the outdoor pool. Check in was early and checkout was late, which we liked. Cheap but you get more than you pay for."

"It is an older property but room was clean and the area was quiet. The shower shampoo and soap dispensers were empty and had it not been so late I would have walked to the desk to ask for some. The front desk clerk was very nice and attentive at check-in. I would stay here again."

I spoke to this person on the phone & he acted as if he didn’t know what hotels.com was. He finally found our reservation, but didn’t look at it and asked how many beds & everything that was in our reservation which we had already answered. We finally get our key & went to our room, it was an old sort of hotel room, it was clean. I went to take a shower & couldn’t get the cold...
