Our room was right next to the exit & when you went out the door there was no grass to be found & it emphasized how run down the hotel is. If it was upgraded, we’d plan on staying more, great location, walking to downtown area is awesome."

"OMG! We are staying there again!! The staff were really friendly and so helpful. My husband loved the downstairs lounge. He was able to catch up on a YouTube channel he watches in real comfort. The breakfast is usually a sticking point with him. Not here. He had everything his big heart desired AND the bacon was crispy. A rare occurrence and it wasn’t a fluke. We didn’t us the gym as I made him walk up Sugarloaf Mountain. Twenty two flights of stairs I think it was. Reception had just about...

"Good Stay "

"Clean rooms. Had a long wait for someone to check us in. Breakfast was OK, not much to choose over waffles."

"It was clean and the staff were helpful but the refrigerator temperature was too low that whatever in the fridge was frozen. The toilet, on the other hand, made some terrible noises like flushing without any reason. The breakfast was not varied and just grab and go."

"Nothing fancy, but it works! You get what you expect. The hotel is not new and could need a few updates here and there. A nice (big) pool and spa made our kids enjoy the stay. The Sunday morning Brunch was also good."

"Clean, new(ish). Pool wasn't open when we checked in but the exercise room was clean, well-stocked and easy to use (24 hrs/day). Two nits to pick -- the mattresses were rather hard. And there were no bedside lamps -- only an overhead lamp in between the two beds for which the switch was on the wall requiring you to get out of bed to turn off the light. Otherwise, it was great. Would stay there again."

"Over all our stay was comfortable enjoyable. We had an incident where we left some snacks in the room The maid’s came and cleaned it we got back and our bag of snacks were gone. Reported it the clerk said he would check into it gave us a little bit of a discount so that was helpful."

"Arrived late due to missing luggage in the airport. Code for the door didn’t work. Emergency contact number was not answering. I ended up sleeping in my rental car after a 24 hour travel. Very disappointing "

"First, the customer service was top notch. Friendly and efficient check in. Second, two hour after checking out and several miles away from the hotel, I got a call that my wedding ring had been left behind. The honesty and helpfulness of the staff was so appreciated ! Now, the beds are quite firm and not the most comfortable, and the walls and ceilings are paper thin. You can hear everything. The property was clean and space was roomy."

"The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and spacious for the Marquette area. It was very reasonably priced as well. We did have a some issues with controlling the heat, but the staff was very helpful in addressing it. They also offered extra blankets. We were very satisfied and would return and our next visit to the area."
