"It where okay "

"Hoteller ligger i et ret kedeligt kvarter, men der var fuldstændig ro om natten. God standard. Store værelser. Ok morgenmad. Udmærket sted til en nat efter sen ankomst med færgen til Harwich."

"The room was basic and very hot. No fan provided, two extra pillows provided but without covers. In addition, one side of bed broken, two beside lamps not working and hotel surrounding is unkempt. Overall, the hotel seems isolated, outside needs more attention and provide the required amenities!"

"En rigtig engelsk Inn i bedste tradition. "

"Location brilliant staff lovely bathroom needed updating no shelving no cleaner for room available.in 5 day stay. But happy there so would stay again."

"Our stay at this hotel was very comfortable. All staff were friendly and helpful at all times. Our room was a standard room at the top of the house and it was very clean with a nice ensuite and a comfortable bed. The decor and furniture enhanced the room giving plenty of space to put our clothes and personal effects. Food was very good, we had a three course dinner and the food was delicious. Breakfast was also very good with a good and varied choice on the menu. Toast was available on...

"Et frygteligt sted uden bad og toilet på stedet. Bestil ikke dette sted. Baglokale i en pub"

"Vi fik tilbudt et bedre værelse og hjælp med ekstra booking, meget venligt og imødekommende personale, vil bestemt anbefale stedet "

"No checking in service at all. No prior instructions were given. We were helped into our apartment by the lady who owns the jewellers downstairs. We were woken at 6.45am on a Sunday to the sound of scaffolders and a traffic management company setting up to commence install scaffolding at 7am on the building we are in with no prior communication from the host this would be happening otherwise I wouldn't have booked there. By 8am there was a workman outside my first floor bedroom window so I had...

"The room next door , from the shower the ventilation where loud ... Fore long time ..."

"We stayed the night before our son's wedding. We booked two rooms. Both had a lot of mosquitoes. The other room also had some sort of bugs which inflicted nasty bites. The day after I called the pub to let them know they had an issue. I was told a manager would call me back. Four days later I have heard nothing. Very unimpressed. Will never stay again."

"Shower did not work. Only one towel in the room. TV did not work. Very dirty floor. Stains on the bed and headboard. Windows don't open fully."

"Air conditioning is not running properly. On a 28 degree Celcius night, it is very hot when the windows of the room could not be opened. Like a steam stuffy room. Would not recommend booking during summer time."

"The bar maid was very argumentative. We told her we had a reservation to which she informed us that they do not take reservation for less than 6 people. When the professional gentleman returned he took us to our table which had our room number on it. Furthermore, she proceeded to serve a tall, good looking man who approached the bar way after we had been standing a waiting."

"Perfect property with a central location. Added benefit of a parking spot. Finishing touches included some brekkie items. Would visit again"

"Du skal besøge hotellet med et formål - der ikke er turisme. Dette kunne være golf eller andet. Standarden på maden/service i bar og restaurant var knap så god. Tiltrods for et stort sted, hvor man forventer de plejer at have travlt haltede service og kvaliteten. Værelserne var rigtig fine. "
