"We loved everything about our stay at Pickle and Perk - the cozy and inviting atmosphere both indoor and out, the thoughtful accommodations, delicious coffee and fresh farm-to-table style homemade breakfast downstairs, and of course, the wonderful hosts. Hands down, the best rental we have ever stayed in. Stephanie and Dave have done an amazing job with this place and have gone out of their way to make it a special and unforgettable experience. We will be back for sure and can't wait!"

"Hosts were great. As we were getting in there was a major storm hitting the area. Hosts met us as we got there and offered us a safe place to stay if we needed ( thankfully we didn’t). Great place to stay while we hiked in the area. And a great match of pickle ball. And can’t forget a great latte and matcha "

"We used this cabin as a central location for a week of exploring the local state parks. It was a great cabin with all the necessary amenities the beds are incredibly comfortable and we were able to comfortably fit our group of four. Do note that it can feel a bit crowded especially if you have a lot of bags. However we were more than happy staying here!"

"This cabin was excellent. We were not wanting to tent camp so this worked out great. You will need to bring a box fan or two as the A/C doesnt cool the bedrooms. The listing says washer/dryer but that is untrue (wasnt shocked though as it's a cabin). Our kids loved the train going by that was near for them. Blankets privided were great but bring your own pillows! We will definitely stay again. Our family wants to rent the one next to us too next time."

"We had a family trip with 8 adults and 7 kids, ages from 2 to 16. It was a perfect trip. The cabin had everything you would need for cooking indoors or outside. The kids had a great time playing outside and inside with board games and a huge selection of movies. The adults had a great time catching up together, around the fire and around the dinner table. "Me and my spent the weekend in cabin 2. Overall good experience as no one else was there. Not quite as secluded as I would prefer. Cabins are too close together and at the edge of town "

"My husband and I came here with the hopes of escaping and just enjoying a peaceful weekend. The cabin is perfect for what we needed. Cozy and comfy and just what we needed. Yes the couch is broken, LOL. But if a broken couch is going to ruin your vacay maybe this isn’t the place for you. Just saying that just added to the character and provided some laughter. "

"Had a hard time finding, because I forgot to read your instructions. Oops! But found it and was easy to get in. The trains in the evening where intersting to watch do maintenance. "The A frame cabin is cozy and modern in the middle of a beautiful setting in the woods. Off the beaten path and also easy to find. The outside fire pit and lighting was so peaceful and lovely. The space is meant for 1 or 2 people. Small and cozy with a bit of a climb to get to the super comfy bed. If mobility issues it may be a problem. Will be back for sure!"

"The apt. was extremely clean and comfortable.The pillows were amazing and the view from the living room was so cool looking over the courtyard and very quiet street.The kitchen was well stocked with any appliance you could imagine to create a gourmet meal(cute pink fridge). The lighted mirror was a plus in the bathroom, so was the washer/dryer and walk-in shower. Pickle & Perk cafe downstairs was a clencher, the best cappuccino in the USA and breakfast and lunch items were all delicious.We...

It’s conveniently located near downtown Ironton, making it easy to explore local shops and enjoy the nice restaurant options nearby. "Our family of 4 stayed two nights so we could hike Elephant Rocks and Johnson's Shut-Ins. Cute little house, with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Had warm weather and really enjoyed the Adirondack chairs on the front porch for morning coffee. We did discovered that being in town in March, Tuesday-Thursday, meant many businesses were not open. Checo's Mexican, Arcadia Valley Coffee, and the The Iron Mule were all delightful, and we are food/coffee snobs from Chicago :-)"

"Everything was great, the cabin, the property, the host! She was very quick to respond with answers to my questions. The trails on the property were very nice, it was very easy to get into nature, we saw a bobcat, some deer and lots of squirrels. I’m definitely staying there in the future."
