"Upon arriving we got stuck in the elevator for 30 minutes. The poor front desk lady was trying to help us, she thought we got out so she turned off the elevator. We were in there with no air and without the ability to press the alarm since the power was out. Thank goodness our cell phones worked in there. The hotel is really run down also."

The fire alarm went off in the hotel (with a blaring speaker in our room right over the bed) during the middle of the night BOTH nights we were there: for 48 minutes non-stop minutes the first night, then for a couple minutes the second night. Everyone went down to the lobby in their pajamas. Not a single announcement was made. I asked for a reason when I checked out and kindly asked if there was any compensation for the late-night...

"While at this property, my daughter's basketball team had a block of rooms, one room with a dead mouse in it. The GM was quick to apologize and offer a refund as we checked out within the hour of checking in. Also while trying to leave, there was intense rain. The entire entry way of this hotel collapsed and had water every where. I know this property is under new management and I truly hope whomever is tasked with that role can help get this place back in order with the potential it has."

"The hotel is like brand new and very classy. Great staff, beautiful and clean rooms. Pool area super cool with towels. They treated me very well on my birthday. This is a trendy top hotel and can’t wait to get back. "

"Our room was very clean and the breakfast was delicious. The staff at the time of check in was pleasant to work with. Just note they now charge for parking, even though the Expedia posting says it’s free."

"There was some renovations being done, so the pool was closed. The security lock on the room door was broken. People upstairs were so loud all night. Staff was great, breakfast was basic but fulfilling."
