"The cottage was very clean and well stocked with everything you could need. BBQ was clean and ready for use. Waking up to the sound of a loon and having your morning coffee so close to the lake was amazing. The Owner made sure our stay was amazing. Definitely recommend others to come and see for yourself. The laundry is a definite perk and the complimentary coffee, maple marshmallows and chocolate biscuits were lovely.The view is remarkable! Kayaks are available for a paddle from the launch area.Cottage is only 15 minutes from Lunenburg so quick access to shopping and dining."

Trailer has everything that you need for your stay, they thought of everything. They made us feel welcome and we will be back for sure. "LOVE the back yard. Love that you can sit in the sun OR in the shade, both are available. REALLY enjoyed the paddle boat and walking around the neighbourhood and doing yoga outside. The area is absolutely beautiful."

"Frauke was the perfect host. Excellent guide to the area and extremely welcoming. The room was well equipped, quiet, and had an enormous bed! Even though, formally, breakfast isn’t served there is fresh coffee, yoghurt and granola. Mahone Bay is beautiful, with its iconic churches. We had very good meals at Rebecca’s and the Naked Oyster.
