"Loved this place. The suite rooms on the top floor are outstanding. Staff are welcoming and extremely friendly. Good spoken English. Food from the restaurant (and room service) is excellent. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. There was a small problem with the hot water when I checked in but solutions were found. "

"We didn't get the room we ordered (and paid for). The unfortunately very meager confirmation from Expedia, which did not list the room type, was not helpful either. There was a hole where the minibar with refrigerator was supposed to be. Hot water only came when asked one day and not at all the next. Since there were very few guests in the hotel, there was no breakfast buffet. That's ok, but the menu offering was very meager. "Our original plans outsidr Lumbini were thwarted and Hotels.com kindly changed us to this Perfect location right beside Buddha’s birthplace. The restaurant and staff were a highlight, the lodgings lovely and the surroundings delightful. Highly recommended!"

"Great location. Right across the road from the gate to Maya Devi temple. The bus station is next door as well as all the shops and restaurants. Fan and AC in the room. The bed was the most comfortable I've slept in since coming to Nepal"
